1. Terms Acceptance
When you use Influencechannel’s service, you are agreeing to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions you cannot use our Service.
2. Service Scope
Influencechannel provides a complete digital platform for users to plan their campaigns, search for influencers, and track them in realtime. However, the outcome of the campaign depends on the strategic planning of both the brand and creator.
3. User Obligations
Truthfulness
Please keep in mind that the user is responsible for providing truthful information about the influencer, brand, and marketing goals.
Professional Conduct
All members of the Influencechannel community will interact with one another in a professional manner and with high moral integrity.
Guidelines
Creators are responsible for understanding each social media channels guidelines (i.e. Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube) and creating content that abides by their rules.
4. Rights to Intellectual Property
- Platform Assets: All software, artificial intelligence used within Influencechannel owned Intellectual Property (“PI”), trademarked names, service names, and website structure blueprints belong to Influencechannel solely.
- Campaign Assets: Moral rights to any creative content generated through this campaign are held by the creator. Brands will receive permission to utilize said content for promotional use only unless otherwise stated in the contract.
5. Payment and Termination
Campaign Fee & Service Fee must be validated and paid according to the agreed upon schedule. If a campaign is terminated, the brand will owe what was spent on the campaign up until that time according to the contract.
6. Liability Limitation
Influencechannel is not liable for damages arising from the failure of the platform or the misconduct of the other party. We cannot guarantee the performance rate because the conversion rate is market-dependent.
7. Regulating Law
The agreement is governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom (or the jurisdiction where the company is operating). Any legal issues arising from the agreement must be taken to the local courts.
